All rates are charged on a per room basis, including breakfast, based on two persons sharing, unless otherwise stated:

Please Note:

Minimum stay: 2 nights at anytime of year. 3 night minimum during some special events and holiday periods.
Single Occupancy : reduced rates may be available in double rooms, Monday - Thursday only, during off peak times.
Gift Vouchers – An ideal gift and available for purchase from £70 upwards. Normal terms and conditions apply.
Children : we are unable to cater for children under the age of 14 years.
Smoking: Dillons is a totally non smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted within the house or gardens.
Check-in / out: Check in from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and check out by 10.30am on your final day.

Deposit: A deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay may be payable at the point of booking. For House Parties a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is payable at the point of booking with full payment required 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment: We accept cash, debit or credit card payments. Cheques and American Express are not accepted. Payments by credit and commercial cards are subject to a transaction charge of £4.00.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel, any deposit paid is non- refundable. Cancellation within 28 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the cost of the first nights stay or the whole stay if you cancel within 7 days of arrival. Cancellation terms may be extended at peak times. Your debit / credit card details will be securely held and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival your card will be debited for the cost of your full stay.

Food : Please contact us for current menus of Hikers Lunches, Dillons Picnics and Late Arrival Supper Plates.
Special Diets – Should you have any special dietary requirements please let us know prior to your arrival and we will aim to cater for this.
